Conditions of use
If you want to place your order at Hispapanels, you have to be registered first. Once registered, by signing in you will be able to place the orders you want, change the delivery address for each order, list all your existing orders, download your invoices, etc. Before confirming your order, you will be informed about total cost, shipping costs and taxes (if applied).
Once the order is confirmed, we will wait for the payment before processing and manufacturing it. You can pay by Paypal or bank transfer. If payment is not confirmed before 10 days, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Once your payment is confirmed, we will start working on your order. We will inform you when the order is ready to be sent (normally 15-20 working days since the order confirmation). At this point, the tracking number will be available under the order details (see this video https://youtu.be/nJMih_4K1cc).
Prices are shown tax excluded on the catalogue. Taxes will be added (if necessary) when you start the checkout process. Taxes will be shown before the order is confirmed.
Taxes are 21% for Spain (except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and European Union.
If the customer is an european company, and if its registered in the inter-european companies files, taxes will no be applied.

Once the order is confirmed, it will be shipped within 10-15 working days.
Orders will be shipped by one of these couriers, depending on the destination country:
Final price will depend on weight and destination, and will be shown before the order is confirmed. The price for DHL will be updated monthly, due to "fuel extracost" that DHL updates.
Note: depending on the destination address, an extra cost of 22 euros could be charged by DHL due to delivery to remote areas/re-expedition. The charge of this extra cost is not known by Hispapanels until the delivery address is introduced in DHL software. In this case, Hispapanels will contact the customer before shipping the order in order to:
at customer's choice.
Never a delay on the delivery due to courier reasons will generate a total or partial refund of the shipping cost.
Any extra import/customs expenses are not included in the price and will be paid by customer.
When the order is confirmed, the customers accepts these replacements conditions. During shipping, panels could be damaged. Hispapanels will replace any broken/damaged panel within 15 days after delivery, only if the following conditions are followed:

The customer can cancel the order at any time if it has not been shipped yet. Contact us at any moment if you want to cancel your order and get a total refund.
If you are not happy with your order, you have 15 days (from the delivery date) to return it. Items must be shipped back in perfect conditions. Once this point is checked, you will get a refund (except for the original shipping costs and custom expenses if they exist). Contact us to know the steps to follow.
At any case, the shipping costs for returning an order will be paid by the customer, who will be responsible to select a shipping method with tracking number system available. Label for shipping back an order (if shipped back from outside UE) will be generated by Hispapanels, mainly to avoid the spanish company ADT Postales, who is very unprofessional.
